About Woodland Reiki and Wellness

Rooted. Grounded. Held.

At Woodland Reiki and Wellness you are seen.

Pouring from an empty cup seems to be part of the culture we live in. Our goal is to help refill that cup, and find stillness in the chaos.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan. It is based on the belief that a universal life force energy flows through all living things and can be harnessed to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing and balance.

Many people report feeling relaxed, calm, and energized after a Reiki session. Some also report experiencing physical and emotional benefits, such as reduced pain, improved sleep, and decreased anxiety.

Reiki is spiritually guided, but it is not a religion nor is it attached to any religion. It will work no matter what your beliefs.

About Nina

Hi! I'm Nina and I'm so happy you're here. I'm what some might call a tree-hugger. I feel most connected in the forest. It's where I do my best thinking. I can be a bit silly, but I'm nothing if not authentic. I value openness, honesty, and providing a place of safety for others to grow.

Raised in a world of structured faith, I've always been drawn to the spiritual. Over time, I realized that my connection to the Divine transcends labels and dogma. Now, as an Usui/Holy Fire © Reiki practitioner, I'm passionate about empowering women on their own intuitive journeys.

As a mother of two small children, I understand what a challenge it can be to take time for yourself. My invitation to you is to allow yourself to be a priority. I believe that we're all interconnected, that you are here for a reason, and that, through Reiki, I can help you tap into your innate healing abilities and find solace along your own unique path.
